At the start of the 2008 season Carson Palmer injured his throwing arm and missed just about he rest of the year because of it. With Palmer gone the Bengals had to rely on Ryan Fitzpatrick and well lets just say Ryan was no Matt Cassel. Houshmandzadeh and Ocho Cinco's fantasy value dropped faster than Manny Pacquiao dropping Ricky Hatton. Who'syourmama did salvage his season to some degree with a 92 catch campaign but with that he didn't even have a 1,000 yards or a double digit per catch (9.8). Now TJ has never been a guy to post a great yards per catch but that is ridiculous even for him. This possession receiver was smart to leave Cincinnati and go on to greener pastures. In Seattle it's about as green as it gets, literally it rains a lot. But with Matt Hasselbeck back and healthy this spring look for How'syourmanilly to rebound with a solid season.

This year is a whole new start for TJ and the Seahawks. In Seattle he will now be the man and not play second fiddle to Chad "Ocho Cincho" Johnson. The big man that played college not to far away at Oregon State (with Chad Johnson) is coming back to the west coast out help the Seahawks make a run at the Cardinals for the Division Title. From a fantasy point of view, look for Housh to have another 100 catch campaign and 10 touchdowns as long as Hasselbeck is starting. Snagging TJ with your #2 receiver would be a smart move on your part this season. While Houshmandzadeh will never be a very explosive receiver he is darn consistent and that is good in fantasy football.
