Yes the Bengals Kicker is in the Top 20
Graham may not be the greatest kicker but he is good. Much like Robbie Gould his major problem is that he does not kick 50 field goals very much. But this season, Carson looks to be back and Shayne has always put up good numbers when his quarterback is playing.

Graham is not probably going to be drafted by many teams this season. But if you notice that Carson is back playing to his capability's and you need a kicker, look for Graham. He may not have the strongest leg, but he is a consistent kicker most of the time.

- Good Offense (if Carson is healthy)
Fantasy Liability's:
- Losing Team
- Bad Weather in December
- Does not kick 50 plus
