Niel is still in a high powered offense and played in a dome. Those to points alone make him valuable in fantasy football. Look for No. 1 to continue his scoring ways in Arizona this season. He may not have the strongest leg anymore but he is still productive.
Neil Rackers Fantasy Football Value in 2009
I would reach high for Neil just because he's on the Cardinals. While he is on a great offensive winning team, Rackers just does not kick enough long balls to be a top end fantasy kicker. Look for Rackers in the later rounds and you will have strong value for him there.
