Kellen has lived off his fathers name his entire career. Hell the main reason he was drafted 6th overall in the draft back in the day can be credited to his dad. Not to say that Winslow doesn't have good skills but he just never seems to fully produce to his talents level. 2007 may have been the closest year to us all actually seeing great things from this tight end. That year he totaled 82 receptions for 1,106 yards. While those stats are great he only had 5 touchdowns that season. As a matter of fact he only has 11 total touchdowns in his entire career so far. Tony Gonzalez and Antonio Gates can do that in one year.

Kellen will be again another top 7 tight end on most fantasy boards. For my money I say pass on him for this season. Their is a lot of turn over in Tampa and Kellen has to get acclimated to everything new on the fly. Maybe next year Winslow may produce at his 2007 numbers, but not this year. If he was a better touchdown maker it would help his value a lot right now but he just does not score.
