The Gold Rush is On
Nedney bounced back last year with a 121 point season. But in the off-season the 49ers got ride of offensive coordinator Mike Martz and I wonder if Nedney can stay at that level of production. Joe is still a good kicker in the NFL and if given opportunity's he will convert most of the time. But right now it's a wait and see as the 49ers will play a Conservative brand of ball in 2009.

Look for Nedney as a backup kicker at best in 2009. If the 49ers get hot early and Nedney is sitting on your waiver wire then snag him up.
