Greg hit the jack pot when the Bears landed quarterback Jay Cutler from the Denver Broncos. Olsen will also see a lot of touches because he is not just the best tight end pass catcher on the team, he is also the best receiver on the team. This makes for a huge season for Olsen in his third season in the league.
Greg Olsen's Fantasy Football Value in 2009
I see no reason why Olsen can't make a run for 80 plus receptions and 1,000 yards receiving in his first season together with Jay Cutler. Also he should make a jump to about 10 touchdown this season as well. Look for a huge breakout season for this tight end in 2009. The bottom line is that the Bears now have an ultra talented quarterback and they have no receivers. Cutler has to go to someone and Olsen is the man to go too. Draft Olsen in the middle rounds of your draft and then sit back and enjoy all year.
